Ryan Denney started his healthcare career in 1998 with Kendall Healthcare (Tyco Intl). As a field sales rep for Kendall’s vascular therapy division, Ryan learned the ins and outs of both capital and utilization sales. From Kendall, Ryan took on roles with both large and small organizations. From Artemis Medical (start-up acquired by Johnson & Johnson) to Stryker (Fortune 100), Ryan has learned from some of the best companies and best leaders in the industry. In his most recent role, Ryan led Veran Medical's commercial team to an acquisition (acquired by Olympus Corporation) that resulted in a 10x multiple of revenue.

Courtney Turich is a certified professional business coach that excels in sales, marketing, talent acquisition, and leadership who began her healthcare career at Stryker in 2004. Starting as a field rep on the Navigation product line, she was quickly promoted to a Global Product Manager, bridging the technology gap between surgeons, engineers, the field team, and overall corporate demands worldwide. Moving back out to the field Courtney joined the Stryker Biologics division, leading the sales team and distributor network on disposables for half the US until 2014. With innovation being at the forefront, Courtney took a leap into the entrepreneurial world, developed a product and company that was featured on Shark Tank to win a deal with Lori Greiner and Mark Cuban. Missing the healthcare dynamics, Courtney stepped into Medtech with Veran Medical, where she led a top producing team, from capital  to disposables, that became critical for the company's acquisition (acquired by Olympus Corporation).

Mr. Johansen has a B.S. and an MBA degree from the University of Missouri, and over thirty years of work experience with multi-disciplined, cross-industry exposure; including finance, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare.  He has held positions in middle and senior management roles in accounting, financial management, information operations, sales, marketing, client services, and product and industry research and development.  He has used this diverse career experience to approach problem solving from multiple viewpoints, resulting in solutions that are more realistic and easier to implement.  This diversity, when applied to emerging market penetration and development, results in ramp management programs that draw from the successful experiences of other vertical industries.  As the healthcare industry continues its growth and consolidation phases, the introduction of non-healthcare experiences to healthcare entrepreneurial and innovation companies can accelerate their market growth by providing a format for “adopting appropriate outside growth methods” rather than “reinventing” every market initiative effort from scratch.
